Foldable magnetic gift box for skincare packaging

We and the American skincare brand Sanitas jointly launched a foldable magnetic gift box, which can be used to hold multiple bottles of skincare products and sold in the form of gift boxes. There are many advantages to using foldable gift boxes for skincare packaging. Before the box is filled with products, it has the characteristics of being foldable, so even large-sized boxes can be flattened and folded. A carton can hold dozens of boxes, minimizing the space occupied by the box. This is very beneficial for saving storage costs and international transportation costs. When using it, the box can be formed and the four corners can be fixed with 3M glue. Once the box is formed, it will be irreversibly flattened and folded, which will not affect the use of the box.

Some customers have reported a big problem with folding gift boxes, that is, the boxes may rub against each other inside, and there may be a risk of scratches. To this end, we have taken two measures. One is that the entire box is made of scratch-resistant film, and the box will not be scratched even if it is slightly scratched. Another measure is that each box will be covered with a white PO bag, and the boxes will not be in direct contact with each other, and the bags can protect the products more effectively. We will also use 5mm thick corner protection paper strips on the four edges inside the carton to provide maximum protection for the gift boxes inside the carton.
